Privacy baseline

This development build uses first-party anonymous session identifiers for product analytics when the analytics endpoint is enabled. Production launch requires a reviewed privacy notice, consent implementation where required, retention rules and final third-party disclosures.

No production advertising or affiliate account should be enabled until those launch requirements are complete.
