Terms of Use
Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms are between you and the owner of N4 Sports (“N4”, “we”, “us”), who runs N4 Sports at https://www.n4-sport.com. By using the site or making an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy notice, Cookie notice and Affiliate disclosure are part of these terms.
1. What N4 is
N4 is a sports information site: live scores, fixtures, results, player and fighter profiles, odds information, news, fantasy and compare tools, links to places to watch or buy, and an arcade of free mini games. We use data from third-party suppliers and our own tools. N4 does not stream matches, take bets, sell tickets, or provide gambling services.
2. Information only: no advice, no guarantees
Scores, times, statistics, ratings, predictions, probabilities and odds are provided for information and entertainment. They may be late, incomplete or wrong, so please check official sources before relying on them. Nothing on N4 is betting, financial, legal or professional advice. Odds and “implied probability” figures are calculations, not tips or promises of any result. Fantasy and compare tools are games and opinions, not forecasts.
3. Age and who can use accounts
You can use the public site at any age. To make an account you must be at least 13. If you are 13 to 15, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission. If you live in a country where the age for agreeing to online services is higher than your age, you need a parent or guardian to agree for you. Accounts are not for under-13s. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it. The Odds pages and any betting-related information are for people aged 18 or over only.
4. Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You may have one account. Tell us straight away through the Contact page if you think someone else has got in. We may ask you to confirm your email address, and some features may need that. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your account page.
5. Names and what you submit
Your display name, and your name on game leaderboards, can be seen by other people. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, someone else’s name, or that contain personal details. We may change or remove a name and may remove scores or accounts that break these rules. Anything you send us through the Contact page is used only to reply and to run the site. Do not send us anything unlawful.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; use bots, scripts or tools to cheat in games, fake scores or flood the site; try to get around security, log in to other people’s accounts, or probe the site for weaknesses without our written permission; scrape or copy the site or its data in bulk, or resell it; overload the site; spread malware; or use N4 to harass, threaten or harm anyone. If you find a security problem, please tell us through the Contact page so we can fix it.
7. The arcade, XP and leaderboards
Games are free to play and for fun. There is no real-money play, no prizes of cash value, and XP, levels, badges and flights have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or exchanged. Results are checked by us and we may remove scores that look unfair or are the result of cheating, bugs or abuse, reset leaderboards, change rules, or end a game. Games may be unavailable at times.
8. Links, adverts and commercial relationships
N4 shows adverts and links to other sites, some of which pay us a commission if you buy or sign up (see the Affiliate disclosure). As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. A commission never changes the price you pay. Other sites have their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for them or for what they sell. Offers, prices and availability change, so please check the details on the other site. Some links are for people in particular countries; check that a service is lawful and available where you live.
9. Betting and gambling information
N4 displays odds and gambling-related information for information only and to help people understand prices. We do not accept bets. Gambling is for adults aged 18 or over, can be addictive, and you can lose money. If it is causing you worry, help is free: in the UK visit BeGambleAware or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (GamCare); in the USA call or text 1-800-522-4700 (National Problem Gambling Helpline). Online betting is regulated differently in each country and US state; it is your responsibility to follow the law where you live.
10. Paid features (if and when we launch them)
We may offer paid plans such as “N4 Plus”. Nothing is on sale today. Before you pay we will show the price, what you get, how long it lasts and how to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a new online purchase, but if you ask us to start digital content or a service straight away you may lose that right once it has begun, and we will ask you to confirm this at checkout. Subscriptions will renew only as clearly explained when you sign up, and you will be able to cancel online. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Our content and your use of it
The N4 name, logo, design, text, software and the way our data is put together belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Team, league, player, fighter, broadcaster and sponsor names, logos and images belong to their owners and appear for identification and information. N4 is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless we say so.
12. Reporting content, copyright and complaints
If you think something on N4 is illegal, harmful or infringes your copyright or other rights, use the Contact page and tell us what it is, where it is (the page address), why you think it is a problem and how to reach you. For copyright, include your name, the work, the page address and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We review reports promptly, remove content that should not be there, and may tell the person who posted it. The Contact page is our single point of contact for users and authorities. If you are unhappy with how we handled something, tell us and we will look again.
13. Availability and changes to the site
We try to keep N4 running but do not promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, because it depends on third-party data and services. We may change, pause or remove features, content or accounts, and may stop the site, with or without notice, though we will give notice of changes that matter where we reasonably can.
14. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your legal rights as a consumer. Subject to that, N4 is provided “as is” for free; we are not liable for losses from relying on information on the site (including any bet, trade or purchase you make), for loss of profit or business, for indirect or knock-on loss, or for problems caused by other websites or events outside our control. If you are a consumer, our total liability for anything that goes wrong with a paid service is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the problem, unless the law says otherwise. Nothing here affects any mandatory rights you have where you live.
15. Ending things
You can stop using N4 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or restrict access, if you break these terms, put others or the site at risk, or we are required to by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, liability and governing law) continue after an account ends.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. We will change the “last updated” date and, for important changes, ask account holders to agree again or tell them by notice on the site or email. Using the site after a change means you accept it. The version number is 2026-10-01.
17. Law and disputes
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes, but if you are a consumer you keep any right to use the courts of the part of the UK, or the EU country, where you live, and the mandatory consumer laws of where you live still apply. If you are in the USA, these terms do not waive any right you cannot waive under your state’s law. Nothing in this section stops you contacting a regulator or using an official dispute service available in your country, including the EU online dispute-resolution resources where they apply.
